Artistic Director - BAAYORK LEE
(Director/Choreographer). BAAYORK LEE has performed in dozens of Broadway shows where she created the roles Miss Wong in Promises, Promises now on Broadway (which you can see on YouTube.com in Turkey Lurkey Time) and the role of Connie in A Chorus Line. She can also be seen dancing in the original film "Jesus Christ Superstar."
As Michael Bennett’s assistant choreographer on A Chorus Line, she has directed many national and international companies. Her directing credits are: The King and I and Bombay Dreams (National tours), R&H’s Cinderella (NYC Opera), Barnum (Australia), Carmen Jones (Kennedy Center, Starring -Vanessa Williams, Conductor - Placido Domingo ), Porgy and Bess and Jesus Christ Superstar (European tour), Gypsy (Signature Theater, Virginia) and A New Brain. Her Choreography credits are : Mack and Mabel (Shaw Festival), Arena Stage, Washington, DC: Cocoanuts, Camelot, Damn Yankees, Helen Hayes nomination for Animal Crackers and South Pacific; Washington Opera,Kennedy Center: Goya (Placido Domingo-Tenor), Sly (José Carreras- Tenor), The Merry Widow, Tsars Bride, and The Pearl Fishers are just a few. She is the Co-author of the book On the Line: The Creation of A Chorus Line and is the recipient of the Asian Woman Warrior Award for Lifetime Achievement from Columbia College in Chicago . She has started new company, NATIONAL ASIAN ARTIST PROJECT (NAAP) naaproject.org to bring awareness to Asian talent in the theater across the country. No one leaves our workshops without one on one voice instruction from industry professionals. Nikole Vallins comes to the dream team as an associate of Binder Casting. She will also be our Casting and Industry Coach.

Guest Choreographers
Performers may be joined during some workshops by Broadway's Star Choreographers like Tony Nominee Matt West (April 2010) who choreographed Disney's first Broadway Smash Hit Beauty and the Beast. These guest artists will join Baayork Lee as they teach dancers incredible routines learned by Broadway's most talented dancers for decades.
Acting Coach - Richard Sabellico
Richard Sabellico joins the Dream Team with Broadway credits as a Director, an Actor and a Writer. He has directed many of today's Broadway Stars such as; Tony Winners Victoria Clark, Beth Leavel and Andy Blankenbueller. Tony Nominees Michael Berresse, Carolee Carmello, and Robert Cuccioli to name but a few. For the past 20 years, Richard has also been teaching a class entitled "Audition Therapy for the Musical Theatre" here in NYC. He is featured in the film "Pittsburgh" where he directs Jeff Goldblum and Ed Begley Jr. in "The Music Man" (available at Netflix and Blockbuster). For more info; click here to visit his website.
Industry Coach - Nikole Vallins
NIKOLE VALLINS is an associate at Binder Casting and has worked in casting for the past six years. As a member of Binder Casting she has worked on the Broadway/National Tours such as; Finian's Rainbow, Irving Berlin's White Christmas, A Chorus Line, Gypsy, The Thirty Nine Steps, Grease, Lion King, Dreamgirls, Is He Dead?, Inherit The Wind, Journey's End, Virgina Wolf, Sweet Charity, Movin' Out, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, past and current seasons of Encores! Nikole has also worked on the dance casting for the feature films "Hairspray" and "Nine."
